EXD Smart Thermal Mgmt (STM) is an onboard self-learning intelligent thermal management solution, optimizing comfort and energy per trip and for each driver. It integrates preference learning, AI sensing & route prediction, and a series of AI model predictions for holistic optimization. AI models are trained and iterated in the cloud and deployed to the vehicle for real-time intelligent inference on trip-specific energy optimization.
STM incorporates innovative AI sensing approaches including route inference, short-distance and near-destination detection, air cond preference, seat heatup preference and driving behavior scoring together to predict energy-saving scenarios for AI planning and personalization.
